You can download the yearly training plan template and use to prepare for your upcoming competitive season.
Just change the date in the first column (this indicates the first Saturday you want to start the plan) the rest of the dates will change automatically.
You can do the following -
1. Outline your competitive schedule
2. Indicate needs for your program and when to accomplish them
(example - Purchase equipment and set the date, etc.)
3. Indicate markers for success of your team (skills to develop, State Meet Results
and more)
4. Scheduled rest periods
5. Strength phases you are in
6. Add your own categories.
